The Regional Chapter Hyderabad of the Indian Society for Heat and Mass Transfer (ISHMT) serves as a vibrant professional and academic platform connecting researchers, faculty members, students, and practicing engineers engaged in the diverse fields of heat and mass transfer across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Headquartered at BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus, Telangana, the Regional Chapter is committed to fostering collaboration, knowledge exchange, and professional engagement within the heat and mass transfer community. Through academic and technical initiatives, the chapter seeks to promote excellence in research and education while encouraging the translation of scientific advancements into innovative engineering practice.

Membership is open to anyone working in heat and mass transfer or allied areas in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Applications are reviewed by the executive committee, and the fee falls due only once your application is approved.

No voteChapter membership for students, valid three years.

Who can apply
Open to residents of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh. B.Tech third year and above, with a valid institute ID card.

ISHMT-RCH Faculty and R&D Member
No voteChapter membership for faculty, scientists and engineers, valid three years.

Open to residents of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh. B.Tech completed and/or two years of engineering industry experience, as applicable. A letter from HR is required as evidence of experience.
